Chef Gajendra Shinde has over 15yrs of experience in India and abroad where he honed his skills working under some of the most talented and reputable chefs. His love for pizzas started when he opened the first Pizza Express in India to opening several outlets of Cafe Mangii and Manchester United Café all over India.
